Kim Hawko Vitiello is a Principal Solution Engineer and Data/Digital Transformation Strategy Specialist at Tableau Public Sector; she works with executive customers on strategy and deployment of data analytics to drive digital transformation while conducting requirements analyses, demonstrations, guided evaluations, and delivering Proof-of-Concepts scenarios with solutions, data analyses and visualizations, best practice enablement, and more. Acts as Public Sector advisor and liaison with subject matter expertise directly to Public Sector executives and senior leadership.

Prior to joining Tableau in 2021, she served as the de facto Chief Analytics Officer at Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT), where she orchestrated a full data analytics deployment effort in support of Digital Transformation and Command key lines of efforts (LOEs) to all 5000+ personnel, authored their Data Analytics Strategy and Implementation Plan, stood up their Data Analytics Center of Excellence team of data scientists, coordinated training and continuing education, and more.

During her tenure supporting the Navy she authored three technical memorandums on the subject of data analytics and also served in an advisory capacity to other Naval and DOD agencies on data strategy, digital transformation, data science and analytics rollout, management, and modernization.
